TYE 041: Back by Popular Demand with Traver Boehm

Today’s guest is back by popular demand and in TYE 020, he describes his A Year to Live Project where he answers the question, “If I only had one year left to live, what would I do?” This caused him to spend 28 days in total darkness, where he solved the problems that his soul was struggling with. In this episode, he spends 28 days in the wilderness with nothing but the clothes on his back and two water bottles. It is an honour to welcome back to The YES Effect Show, Traver Boehm. A warning to listeners, in this episode Traver does talk about how having to hunt his own food has changed the way that he’s eaten every meal since.
