Dr. Stephanie is a big- hearted energetic and compassionate healer dedicated to changing loves through chiropractic. She studied Neuroscience and Psychology and received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Stephanie is the clinic director and principal of The Health Loft. She has been a practicing chiropractor for the past 13 years where she has happily served thousands of families to get their health back naturally. Dr. Stephanie loves creating and presenting workshops - from nutrition to personal development to how to properly change a diaper. She fully understands how stress, if left unattended to, can fully integrate into the body and destroy health and quality of life. It is her aim to educate and inspire her patients and the surrounding community on how to reach their full health potential.
Dr. Stephanie's passion surrounds caring for mothers and their children. After going through the incredible experience of being pregnant twice, she became fascinated with and started studying specific techniques for the pregnant patient. This naturally progressed to learning gentle techniques for children once her own children were born.
She is Webster certified and is completing her Fellowship in Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Her additional training includes pre and post natal care for the mom, pediatric nutrition, craniosacral and sacrooccipital techniques for children, and neuromotor development.
She is a former fitness champion, placing 3rd in the New York Regional Division of the National Physique Committee. Fitness is a huge part of Dr. Stephanie's life and brings this into her care with patients.
Dr. Stephanie has 2 incredible children. Becoming a parent has taught her to embrace her playfulness, to look at the world through the eyes of a toddler, and appreciate what is really important in life. Family, love, respect, forgiveness, integrity, purpose, and staying true to who you are the core of her values.
She has a long standing love of languages and is working on proficiency degrees in French and Greek.
